Tommy Spinosa
Tommy Spinosa is Managing Partner of Enverra Real Estate Partners, based in Dallas, Texas. In his capacity, he oversees the company's investment and asset management platform, with a primary focus on top markets in the Sunbelt region. Leveraging his extensive experience, Spinosa drives strategic initiatives to capitalize on opportunities in dynamic real estate markets.
With a career spanning over two decades, Spinosa has distinguished himself as a leader in real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management. He has acquired and operated 20+ assets across the Sunbelt, totaling over $1.2 billion in asset value.
Before founding Enverra, Spinosa held significant roles at renowned firms such as CP Group, Bridge Investment Group, and a JV partnership with Fortress Investment Group, where he contributed to successful acquisitions of institutional-quality office and multi-family properties.
Spinosa's journey in real estate commenced in 2004 at Northmarq Capital, facilitating debt and equity loans for third-party borrowers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
Macki McKim
Macki McKim is a partner of Enverra Real Estate Partners, based in Dallas, TX. With a focus on the Sunbelt markets, his primary role includes sourcing new acquisition opportunities and maximizing value through asset management, financing, and dispositions. Prior to Co- Founding Enverra, he was a highly accomplished capital markets professional and contributed to the sale and recapitalization of over $7 billion of office transactions for institutional clients in the major Sunbelt markets. Most recently he was a Senior Director on JLL’s institutional investment sales and advisory team. Prior to JLL he was with Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he was with Eastdil Secured.
McKim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Texas A&M University. He also holds a Master of Science in real estate and finance from Texas A&M University. Additionally, he is a graduate of The Real Estate Council’s (TREC) Associate Leadership Program in Dallas and is an active member of NAIOP and The Touchdown Club of Dallas.
Scott L. Leventhal
Scott L. Leventhal is a Partner at Enverra Real Estate Partners, leading the Atlanta office and heading the company’s Multifamily platform. With nearly thirty years of experience in real estate investment, development, and management, he oversees the acquisition and development of multifamily and for-sale condominium properties throughout the United States. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the acquisition, development, asset management, and advisory services for over 2,000 residential units, hotel properties, and master-planned resort communities, with a portfolio value exceeding $1 billion.
Before joining Enverra, Mr. Leventhal co-founded Tivoli Properties, Inc. with John A. Williams, the founder and former chairman of Post Properties, Inc. and Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. He later founded The Trillist Companies, Inc., where he served as President and CEO. Trillist was formed as part of a strategic collaboration with London-based YOO Worldwide, founded by renowned designer Philippe Stark and John Hitchcox, to develop luxury multifamily and for-sale condominium projects in the United States.
Mr. Leventhal holds an honorary position on Georgia State University’s Real Estate Board and has lectured for the university's master's in real estate development and finance classes. His partnership with Enverra Real Estate Partners marks a strategic expansion of the firm's residential vertical, leveraging his extensive expertise to drive growth and success.
Patrick Glading
Patrick Glading is a Partner at Enverra Real Estate Partners, leading the Washington, DC office and Mid-Atlantic region. With over a decade of experience, he has acquired and managed office properties worth $1.1 billion in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Previously, he was Vice President at CP Group, overseeing acquisition strategies in Washington, DC. Earlier, he worked at American Real Estate Partners on office properties and data centers and began his career at HFF. Patrick holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Mark Ferris
Mark Ferris is a Partner of Enverra Real Estate Partners, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Ferris leads the operational execution in support of the investment strategies across its core markets. He brings over 30 years of leadership in operations, asset management, leasing, development, and construction. Before joining Enverra, Ferris served as Managing Director and COO of Bridge Investment Group's office vertical. In this capacity he managed a group of over 140 real estate professionals covering 18 million square feet of office assets across 30 U.S. submarkets. He led teams responsible for asset and property management, acquisitions, sustainability, and corporate infrastructure, building a premier commercial office platform.
Ferris’s accomplishments at Bridge include executing best-in-class operational standards, launching flexible office concepts, developing alpha leasing programs, implementing tenant engagement analytics, and leading sustainability initiatives such as Energy Star and WELL certifications. Prior to Bridge, Ferris spent 22 years at Hines, where he managed $700 million in mixed-use developments and oversaw operational and asset management for over 6.6 million square feet of Class A and B office properties in the Southeast.
Recognized for his expertise, Ferris has received multiple awards, including NAIOP's “Top Producer – Office” and CoStar’s “Power Broker.” He has also participated as a panelist for industry organizations such as ULI, BOMA, and NAIOP. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University.
Keith Everett
Keith Everett oversees Enverra's construction management initiatives, leveraging extensive experience in design, project execution, and asset repositioning strategies. Before joining Enverra in 2024, Keith served as Director of Construction Management at Bridge Investment Group, where he led an eight-person team overseeing over $300 million in tenant improvements and $100 million in major capital projects across 18 million square feet nationwide.
Prior to Bridge, Keith was a Construction Manager at Hines, where he managed base building and tenant improvements, including the $80 million office component of the Avalon mixed-use development in Alpharetta, Georgia. Earlier, as a General Property Manager, he was responsible for 1.9 million square feet of office space in Charlotte and Raleigh, gaining expertise in managing construction within fully occupied buildings while prioritizing tenant experience.
Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
